Apartment as described. Functional, nice, very nicely decorated and well-equipped. A little noisy in the living room because the street is busy during the day but the room is located in the back on a set of private courtyards without a car so very quiet. Located in the center of Clairveaux so shops easily accessible on foot, very convenient. I would recommend it!

We had a great time at the apartment which perfectly matched the photos and information we had before our arrival. David and his teams were very helpful in preparing for our arrival by providing an internet page dedicated to our accommodation with all the useful information, also about the key places nearby (for ski equipment, outings, walks, available services, etc.) We will definitely be back!

The accommodation is very nice., spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, that's fine. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, access to the fast lake. The Old Town of Annecy is a 10-minute drive. An excellent restaurant within walking distance to the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien welcomed us very warmly. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

We had a great stay for Easter, the house at the top, the super large rooms, the bedding at the top, we slept well, clean and tidy house, full of games and the foosball that was well appreciated. Not disappointed at all, thank you very much and happy hosting! Pauline.

Very spacious and comfortable, in an excellent position in the beautiful old town, on the lake. Ivan was a wonderful host, very accommodating and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommended.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. You can go to Sarah and Gazi's without so much as a second thought because their house is great! Among colleagues we had a great time because the house is very nice, large and very well-equipped. It has everything you need and communication is very easy with them. Thank you for hosting us and for the bottle of Macvin... we'll try to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Carine's, she and her husband are very welcoming and very kind..always ready to help guests and gave lots of advice.. As for the accommodation everything was perfect..it was as in the photos, very clean and very welcoming, it feels like home..there are plenty of leaflets that show us what we can do in the area and a beautiful notebook that explains a lot about the apartment and the beautiful landscapes to see nearby..we would have stayed a week longer..😅 I recommend it 2000% Thank you for your kindness!! Difficult to find something to say again. Pleasant clean welcoming house tastefully decorated and functional. Peaceful and maintained spacious garden and outside. (just missing a microwave). i recommend it. Thank you for this stay.

The house is very nice and offers many amenities that can be fully exploited during the spring/summer period. My friends and I stayed on New Year's Eve but we still had a great time. Sarah and Claude were very welcoming and helpful. They resolved a problem related to the exhaustion of the gas tank in a very short time and offered us a bottle of wine. Recommended accommodation, located in a super quiet area but from which you can reach in a few hours by car large towns such as Lyon and Annecy. We would love to come back in the summer to also take advantage of the other services offered by the property! 10/10!

very nice house, everything is clean, billiards, foosball, boules, swimming pool... everything is available! Amandine is very available and accommodating. We had a lovely time with the family. I recommend it.

The photos are faithful to this charming apartment , quiet and a 10'walk to the city center, it feels good. Ideally located 7 minutes by car from the "passengers of the wind" where we were able to carry out our paragliding baptism. We enjoyed the welcome and discretion of our host and we had a very pleasant stay in Menthon Saint Bernard, at Laure's.

We had a great week at Frédérique's place. The residence is extremely peaceful and calm. The apartment is located not far from everything we wanted to do and see. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment which is really very spacious (more than we imagined). We will come back without hesitation if we have a chance!

Sophian's apartment is ideal for a holiday in Talloires! Good location, beautifully decorated, we didn't miss anything. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony. The village square and lake are within walking distance. We did two great hikes right from the front door. Sophian was always easily accessible and gave us helpful tips. We are happy to recommend the apartment!

Very nice new accommodation, well decorated , well appointed and equipped, located on the ground floor of Gerard's dwelling. Accessibility on foot from the train station and the city center. Ideal for working and relaxing. Gerard is a responsive and welcoming host. Recommended!
