Whether you want to spend your time relaxing or fill your days exploring the huge range of fascinating places nearby, you are surrounded by beautiful landscapes.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

Excellent for local walks and cycle rides and only a short drive to the attractions of Limoux, Mirepoix and Carcassonne. 2km from the village of Belveze with amenities; quality bakers, butchers, Spar supermarket, cafe and restaurants.

This one-of-a-kind treehouse will make you live a daydream in the heart of the Aude forest, just minutes from the great medieval city of Carcassonne.
