I'll be there to help guide you throughout your stay. In case of absence my sister and co-host is available to help you. Located close to Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Le Marais, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, hipster shops and nightlife, all close to metro lines that will allow you to explore the city. 3 minute walk to the Republique metro station and its many lines serving Paris.

Just a 25-minute walk from the Sacré-Coeur and 5 metro stations (30'' walk) from the Champs-Élysées, a typical Parisian family loft, completely renovated in 2023, ideally located in the heart of the Batignolles district, a lively, safe neighborhood full of charm. The former workshop, redesigned by an architect, offers spacious accommodation and 4 bedrooms. The loft extends over the ground and second floors, with air conditioning in the living room and kitchen for added comfort.
