Nice 28 m² studio, refurbished and with brand new equipment. Located on the 9th floor (with elevator) of a building on the heights of Paris with beautiful views of the city. The neighborhood is relatively lively but the street itself is very quiet. The apartment is decorated and functional! Located a 5-minute walk from one of the best metro lines in Paris: line 11, which takes you in 15 minutes to the hypercenter (République, Marais, Châtelet...). Various shops nearby.

Happy house, view of all Paris! Beautiful place

Our place of residence is exceptional... in itself, and even more so for Paris! It's an apartment, but it feels like a house. There is a view of Paris from East to West. The neighborhood is lively, but the accommodation is very quiet. We do everything to make it functional, comfortable and beautiful. You will find equipment, games and books for all ages. So far, the guests who have stayed with us have been delighted, and we have also made some great discoveries.

This accommodation with great views, has 3 bedrooms, elegant and spacious, is particularly functional, perfect for work colleagues, a family or a group of friends. Ideally located 2 steps from the Place des Fêtes Metro (M11 and 7Bis) and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont. Lots of shops, Market three times a week. The corner living room, with often breathtaking views, is very friendly.
