The Fremont Suite *Free parking, 10min to Downtown

*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away by car (or 20 if you take the corner bus). ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus). The apartment is within strolling distance of many restaurants and shops.

You'll be able to park right behind the property and walk to a ton of coffee shops, yoga, art galleries, shops, and restaurants. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The second bed is a pullout couch in the living room. Every window has a shade you can pull down to keep out the light.

Here's a quiet hideaway. Book the apartment, and reserve a fine meal at a nearby restaurant, and walk to the nearby park. For the price of a hotel room, you get living and sunrooms, a complete kitchen with parking, washing, ironing, and excellent internet access. You are close to concerts, parks, museums, stadiums, AGH, and fine restaurants. This apartment is a great center to explore downtown and the Northside of Pittsburgh. You and your pet will like the large park, only a 1/2 block away.
