Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Ferienwohnung und Rustico mit Innenhof

Diese Unterkunft für bis zu 11 Personen besteht aus einer Ferienwohnung und einem Rustico. Dazwischen der gemeinsam genutzte Innenhof mit Grill, Feuerschale, Liege und Pergola mit Granittisch zum geniessen, verweilen und grillen. Die Einheiten können einzeln oder zusammen gemietet werden und setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: "Kuschliges Rustico" mit 2 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 5 Personen "Appartamento Grande" mit 3 Schlafzimmern für bis zu 6 Personen (siehe meine weiteren Inserate)

La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco dista solamente 7 minuti in macchina dalla stazione del bus e dai negozi alimentari. In 15 minuti si arriva a Bellinzona. In pochi minuti si raggiunge il famoso Ponte Tibetano e altre destinazioni outdoor interessanti per escursioni.
