My stay at Belén's apartment was amazing. It is beautiful brand new building on a fantastic street in Malvin, on a very safe area, only 3 blocks from a gorgeous beach, and 3 blocks from a main grocery store that has everything. Also very close to the centre of the neighbourhood where one can find many shops, restaurants and cafeterias. The apartments is very comfortable, with lots of lights, and very zen. Communication with Belén was super easy and flowy, she was very responsive and polite with every question and request I had. I will request to stay at Belén's again when I am back to Uruguay next year.

I loved the apartment! It was spacious and airy, with super comfortable bed, especially the pillows!! The pictures did it justice!!! Loved the location, especially how close it was to the Rambla. I will definitely book again in a few months!!

Excellent oceanfront apartment, with an amazing view and located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. The amenities are super complete and the owners have an excellent predisposition, always attentive. We would definitely go back, we highly recommend it.

Property: It is located in a very nice area, a short distance from the beach, safe environment, inside the apartment is well cared for, spacious, bright and clean, with excellent views, the terrace with a large grill and appropriate furniture, the views from there are incredible and the tranquility of the entire area make it really feel good, as in our own home. it is to highlight the self check-in, both to the underground parking lot, and by the goal , always attentive and available.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Piriapolis, without a doubt Luis's accommodation is the one indicated, for convenience, both in the space and in the location. Luis and Ricardo (their father) some geniuses, I had a problem with the app and they waited for me until I was able to fix it to make the reservation. The place is identical to the pictures!!! The grillero is excellent, the rooms are super spacious and the living room is excellent. Undoubtedly on the next vacation we will come back to stay with Luis.

This house in Punta Ballena is absolutely gorgeous—truly, the pictures don’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning backyard that leads right to the ocean. The pool was big, clean, and incredibly refreshing, perfect for relaxing during the day. At night, the view of the stars was breathtaking. Inside, the house is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers amazing views from almost every room. The satellite TV was a nice bonus, but honestly, with scenery like this, we barely needed it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this place is perfect. We’d love to come back!

Marcos was very attentive at all times, as was his sister when we retired. The house is just like the photos and really very comfortable to spend a few days with family and friends ! It was all clean, the comfortable beds, the pool and the background is most enjoyable!! I would really come back! The surroundings are very quiet and you have everything close!!

Tower One is very nicely located. It has an exceptional light, clarity, beautiful views! Very cute amenities! The photos are what they show! It has daily laundry cleaning service in the garage area! The bed is super comfy! Very happy with my stay! I highly recommend it

Very well located apartment, close to the main points of interest, very comfortable, great bed, very clean and smelling. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, super comfortable room. Place to feel at home. Unico incoviniente was the somewhat cramped box.

The dpto had everything you need for an optimal stay. We went as a family (6 in total) and we were comfortable. Pablo the host a 10 always aware and even allowed us to retire later in order to travel quietly. The re building near the beach and with many amenities to take advantage, beautiful patio, indoor and outdoor heated battery and children's playroom. Super friendly staff and everything is always clean. Hopefully we can come back soon. Regards and thank you!!

The apartment is very nice and the location is great, steps from the beach. It is very well equipped and the fact that it includes daily cleaning is a plus. Romina is very kind, she gave us very clear instructions and the apartment also has a list of recommendations, places to eat and to visit, very useful. Thank you very much Romi, we will be back!

Sergio was very attentive with us, always available to assist. The apartment was impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, beautiful sea view, heated pool, well-equipped kitchen, garage and easy access. Everyone in the very gentle building. Very good apartment, in a very good building! A very nice area and very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shopping. Building with excellent amenities. Impeccable apartment with good views! Carolina is always available!

The apartment is very spacious, impeccable in every way, excellent location, you can walk to the beach, both to the brava and to the mansa, all the facilities work perfectly, we were left wanting to have a barbecue in the gazebos due to lack of time, impeccable pools, the outside ones with warm water and the inside one warmer !!! I would go back 1 and 1000 times !!!
