In 2015 it was renovated with the utmost care and attention and in accordance with the local architecture, giving it delicate tones and precious details. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-fired oven and near the ancient grape press. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. Wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Brienz from the living room and terrace. The house has two apartments. The upper apartment is available for guests only. The host lives in the lower one during the tourist season. Luggage transport to the house is possible if the host is on site.
