The house is a 10-min drive to Peek'n Peak Ski Resort & Spa, 10 miles from the Lake Erie Wine Trail and Lake Erie Ale Trail, and a 30-minute drive to Chautauqua Lake! Lots of options!

Bring your boat along to our dock (shared with neighbors) or roast some s'mores at the firepit next to the shore. Our dock is scheduled for installation 5/4/25 (weather permitting).
