The room I requested was booked, so Winnie offered me a different one for the same price. Her place was perfect for several weeks of working remotely. Super quite, fast wifi, and she even had a spare monitor on the desk which I used. There is also a washing machine and soap where you can wash your clothes for free. The restaurant in the basement is really tasty, and guests get 10% off.

I had a great stay. There's a lot of good food options in the vicinity, and it's a very happening and hip area. There's a GS25 and Family Mart convenience store nearby, in case you'd need anything. And thank you for providing toothbrushes, toothpaste and cotten buds! I forgot to bring mine along. The best part is access to The Sentry C, which is an amazing co-working space. This place is perfect for digital nomads who want to be in the hustle and bustle of Saigon.

Sen is a great host, and I'm happy to spend 3 nights in Sen's residence. The room is surprisingly quiet given its location right inside the japanese quarter. I will stay again when I visit HCMC again, and I recommend Sen's residence to travellers with budget if you don't mind walking inside the japanese quarter.
