Its area of 170 m2 can accommodate up to 8 adults and the exterior is composed of an enclosed and private garden of 700 m2 on a park of 11 hectares. Fully equipped, the house on a double floor offers all the comforts for your stays for families or groups of friends. Extra children's beds allow you to enjoy the house with 10 people in total.

30 m2 apartment with sea view, with Wi-Fi, located on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access, consisting of: • 1 kitchenette open to the dining/living room with washing machine. • a dining room with sofa bed and small wall-mounted TV. • an attic bedroom with a 140 X 190 bed, • a bathroom and separate toilet. It can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests or 2 adults and 2 children. It does not have equipment for toddlers.
