From here you can extensively hike through the Harz Mountains or ride a mountain bike. It is also the starting point for excursions by car: Brocken with and without the Harz Narrow Gauge Railway, Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, Ilsetal, Rübeländer Tropfsteinhöhlen, Rappbodetalsperre with suspension bridge, Regenstein Castle Ruins, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Goslar and much more.

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

It's not just the witch who lives in the witch's room ;-). Our Hexenstube is located on the 11th floor of the Panoramic Hohegeiß (including free swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf course) and offers a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains from the balcony. The Hexenstube can accommodate up to 6 people (including sofa bed). In summer, you can start hiking right in front of the house and in winter there is a beautiful toboggan run right in front of the house.

The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.
