Nestled on over six well maintained acres this house is the perfect private location that is also very convenient to all local attractions such as the Biltmore House, Arboretum, Sierra Nevada Brewery and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, wifi, washer and dryer and a private well with excellent water filtration system. There are three ponds and a creek on the property which entice local wild life. Deer, foxes & bear do visit.

This adorable round house sits on the West side of Asheville in a quiet neighborhood just on the outskirts of town. Convenient to I40, just 17 min from the airport, 13 min (6 miles) to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 15 min to UNCA, 17 min to the arboretum and 10 min to happening Haywood Rd. Clean, comfortable and stylishly funky with all new beds and mattresses, wifi, roku TV, a lovely porch for sitting and even small fire pit in back. There are many cute shops up the hill in West Asheville and a good bar/restaurant scene nearby - Anoche is my favorite! 5-minute walk to New Belgium, Hole Donuts, Grey Eagle, Cooperative Coffee, etc. 10-minute walk to Owl Bakery. 5-minute drive, bus, and Uber downtown or a 30-minute walk.
