Very cozy and relaxing place to unplug and unwind. Right next to the lake but far enough out of town to not be packed. Nice walking on the beach or around the Half Moon Bay area, and only a few minutes drive into Sylvan. Really enjoyed our stay.

It's hard to summarise a place that is perfect. To date this has to be one of the nicest locations we have stayed at. It had everything we needed and more. Everything was clearly marked and easy to use. Darby was the perfect host and responded instantly on every communication. One morning we woke to a large snowfall and Darby came and cleared the paths and driveway for me. There is plenty of outdoor space here, perfect for kids to burn off some energy. Poplar Ridge is so beautiful. Hopefully we will be back again some day soon. Highly recommend staying here 10/10 all the way.

We had an amazing stay at Courtney's home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host put so much care and thought into every detail of the space. The decor was beautiful, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere for our entire family. My kids absolutely loved it, and we were all so impressed by the little surprises and treats left for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night's sleep. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, thoughtful, and unforgettable getaway!

This cozy cabin is the perfect get away for any ice fish lovers. The fishing no is great! The people in the area are great and you get to go back after a long day to a wood burning stove. All communication with the owner was amazing and fast! This is our second year back and will surely be heading back again next year.
