Cottage for 2 people 28 m² (possibility to come with a baby, loan of a bed), south and west facing, large terrace, mountain view, quiet, 200 m from Itxassou village, which has many shops (bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars...). The village is at the foot of the mountains, and 30 minutes from the beaches. For July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday I am a sports educator and I offer hiking, Nordic walking, trail initiation with a preferential rate for cottage tenants.

Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

My place is close to Bayonne/Biarritz. Quiet, on the side of the house, close to major road networks, it is ideally located to visit the Basque Country. Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.

Need a break? We will be happy to welcome you to this small independent house on our property. 37m² + mezzanine for sleeping. Proximity to beaches, hiking trails, between Hendaye and St-Jean-de-Luz. But be careful...you are in the countryside... it may be that the rooster may start to do some voice, whether you are crossing the path of some slug or spider...then, if you are ready and especially if you have humor, NGOI ETORRI (welcome)!!!
