The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

City bikes included that you can ride to the Swamp Rabbit trail. Also next door to a bicycle shop that hosts several rides a week. Main room has king bed with super comfy memory foam mattress and guest room has queen bed. Coffee and snacks provided.

Located only 5 minutes from Downtown, this Little Old Mill House is a perfect place to stay! You will be close to many local coffee shops and cafes. The Swamp Rabbit Trail, Downtown, and Unity Park are just a short bike ride away. Our updated Mill House holds a lot of beautiful history and is filled with antiques and art from local artists. The yard doesn’t have a lot of privacy (transitional neighbourhood). NO PETS.
