Outdoor cottage with fireplace, Schoorlse dunes
Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Comfortable Vacation Home by the Sea
Comfortable and spacious house in Bergen aan Zee. Uniquely located just steps away from the beach, forest and dunes. A fantastic place to get a breath of fresh air, to cycle and to hike. There are nice beach bars, and the artists' village of Bergen is a little further away. The house is bright and equipped with every comfort, with a large kitchen, a beautiful living room (4 m high!), 3 spacious bedrooms and a south-facing terrace. In short, a wonderful place to relax and unwind or to be with family.

Duinstudio Bergen
De Duinstudio enjoys a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet starts at the roundabout to Bergen aan Zee and this road winds along the dunes of Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. The Zeeweg to the beach and the Eeuwigelaan to Bergen also start here. The studio is located on a quiet residential area with various houses and summer houses, but you are within 5 minutes in Bergen Centre, Bergen aan Zee and the Egmonden.

Cozy spacious & quiet house by forest, sea and beach
Celebrate your vacation in the cozy, green Bergen, where you can enjoy the forest, beach and dunes. The detached holiday home Casa Allegria (64 m2) is located next to the monumental Zuiderbosch. Built in 2005, furnished as a vacation home in July 2020 and fully equipped with every comfort. The interior is decorated with an eye for detail and tastefully. Furthermore, there is a lovely terrace, "mini cinema" in the basement with Netflix for rainy days and a spacious bedroom.

Summer house the Duinhuisje - max 2 adults
The summer house has just been renovated and is less than a 5-minute walk to the city center/beach/dunes, so very centrally located. In the living room, there is a smart TV, dining table with chairs and possibly a high chair. Heated by underfloor heating. The master bedroom has a 180x210 bed and a sink. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 children. Possibly baby bed available. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Private backyard and seating area in front.

Irene's Birdhouse
Irene's Vogelhuis is located behind our home on the Breelaan in Bergen. That is close to the cozy center, but also very close to the forest, the dunes and the beach. An ideal place and perfect base for two people who want to enjoy Bergen and its surroundings. The studio is equipped with every comfort, modernly furnished and clean. We charge a fixed price per night including cleaning fee and tourist tax. A dog is also welcome, we charge a little extra for that.

Two bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds, smart TV and wardrobe. The apartment features a balcony. You may use the garden on the ground floor, but it is under construction.

The studio, with own entrance and a private terrace, is equipped with a kingsize boxspring bed, air conditioning for cooling/heating, a kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. Parking facilities are on site and free of charge.
