Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Duinstudio Bergen

De Duinstudio enjoys a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet starts at the roundabout to Bergen aan Zee and this road winds along the dunes of Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. The Zeeweg to the beach and the Eeuwigelaan to Bergen also start here. The studio is located on a quiet residential area with various houses and summer houses, but you are within 5 minutes in Bergen Centre, Bergen aan Zee and the Egmonden.

The recently renovated luxury cabin, with a large attached conservatory, is set on 3,000 m² of private nature grounds with woodland, meadow and an orchard. From the parking place you can take the handcart and follow your private forest path (70 m) to your own little paradise, with panoramic views over the surrounding natural landscape. The conservatory offers a wonderfully comfortable climate, and on truly warm days it’s a delight to relax outside on the sun loungers beneath the trees.

Cozy spacious & quiet house by forest, sea and beach

Celebrate your vacation in the cozy, green Bergen, where you can enjoy the forest, beach and dunes. The detached holiday home Casa Allegria (64 m2) is located next to the monumental Zuiderbosch. Built in 2005, furnished as a vacation home in July 2020 and fully equipped with every comfort. The interior is decorated with an eye for detail and tastefully. Furthermore, there is a lovely terrace, "mini cinema" in the basement with Netflix for rainy days and a spacious bedroom.

Irene's Birdhouse

Irene's Vogelhuis is located behind our home on the Breelaan in Bergen. That is close to the cozy center, but also very close to the forest, the dunes and the beach. An ideal place and perfect base for two people who want to enjoy Bergen and its surroundings. The studio is equipped with every comfort, modernly furnished and clean. We charge a fixed price per night including cleaning fee and tourist tax. A dog is also welcome, we charge a little extra for that.

Brand new apartment in a beautiful location near the center, forest, dunes and beach. The apartment on the 2nd floor has a living room with balcony, sitting area, dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with sinks, rain shower, washer/dryer and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds, smart TV and wardrobe. The apartment features a balcony. You may use the garden on the ground floor, but it is under construction.

A lovely detached 2 pers. Studio with 2-person bed 160x200cm, bathroom and well-equipped kitchenette. Private entrance through the backyard, private terrace with 2 seats. Within walking distance of the forest, in the middle of the cozy center of our artists' village Bergen with its many restaurants, terraces and shops, 5 km from the beach and 6 km from Alkmaar. Paid parking around the house (Parking permit available) Not suitable for children.

Luxurious residence, at "de hertenkamp"

Spend the night at a luxurious residence, located at "de hertenkamp" in the city centre of Bergen, walking distance to the forrest and dunes. The famous beach "Bergen aan Zee" is 15 minutes cycling distance. The studio, with own entrance and a private terrace, is equipped with a kingsize boxspring bed, air conditioning for cooling/heating, a kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. Parking facilities are on site and free of charge.

Evi Residence is located in the middle of the glory of Bergen, just outside the center. A place to relax. A place from which you can make beautiful and sporty bike rides, take endless walks along the North Sea coast, and enjoy a delicious meal in one of the many excellent restaurants that Bergen has to offer. Evi Residence is beautifully situated on the green avenue of Jan Oldenburg, within walking distance of the bustling center.

The apartment, which is located on the first floor, has 3 bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and a large open kitchen and living room. With over 90m2, the apartment is also very suitable for families with children.

Studio Verver in Bergen, just 45 km below Amsterdam, is an architecturally built summer house that was completed in August 2023. The cottage combines outdoor living with sleek design lines, art and all modern amenities. The accommodation offers a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a workplace and a sunny terrace.

The extra bedroom is located on the first floor, the rest is all first floor. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet.
