We stayed there for the second time with our group of friends and would book it again and again! The place is spotlessly clean and has everything your heart desires. I would also book the sloop. The location and view is unbeatable!

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

We had a really nice time at Floor's house. She is very friendly, responds immediately and gives good tips for the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, neatly tidy and tidy. The area is also very quiet and a 15-minute walk to the center of Haarlem. In short, highly recommended!

Large well equipped house with everything we needed for our stay. The communication was fast and friendly. Next time I would pay attention to a charging facility for our electric car at the house (was available for some houses).

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and cozy villa in Utrecht. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere and is perfectly equipped. Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Don't have a bad word to say about the place. From the moment I booked the host was very responsive, gave us helpful suggestions for local amenities and online shopping. Was there to greet us and welcome us to her lovely home. The house is beautiful and is set in beautiful surroundings close enough to Amsterdam to enjoy the city but also enjoy the peace outside of it. Murielle was responsive enough to be available whenever we needed without being overbearing. If I was travelling back to Amsterdam with a large group I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Wonderful home - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were able to easily explore the beach, the city and the surrounding areas. Rogier was gracious and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Very nice house, super equipped. Both indoors and outside. Unfortunately, the place was not quite clean when you arrived.

A super stay with a lot of space. For 5 people really perfect. We can recommend it to everyone. If we should mention a point of attention, that would only be the description of the last 100 meters to the cottage and the space to park the car in the driveway next to the house. However, that is secondary when you enter the house and enjoy it further.

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation, this is equipped with a lot of things and nothing was missing! The beach is within walking distance and a supermarket is also nearby. Everything is great.

This house is absolutely stunning! Unique decor and layout, and it's very quiet. Peaceful neighborhood with nice green areas, within walking distance to the center of Haarlem. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and was a perfect fit for 5 people where everyone can have some privacy. Highly recommend!

Marjolein and Jan are lovely hosts. They give great attention to their home and gardens. As shared, the home is walkable to the train and Heiloo business district. We were welcomed with delicious soup and snacks and were given time to chat and ask questions. Their kindness and willingness to help us navigate North Holland, and to make recommendations throughout our stay, was exceptional. I wish we had more time to chill, however, we squeezed in many beautiful sites in 5 short days. The small towns being a highlight! Heiloo is super and the locals so friendly:). Everything as in the photos and description. Despite the cold season, nice and warm inside. You can relax from everyday life, watch the animals in the field,or relax in the sauna \ bathtub after an extensive walk on the beach and dunes. Value is great as well. We are happy to book the Airbnb again when we are in the area. Thank you Martina also for the nice communication and the detailed details about the apartment.

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

The accommodation is particularly Cozy , very nice to spend the evening there. If you like board games, nice round table in the living room to Play ... Quiet neighborhood. Accommodation close to the train station and restaurants. The city itself is very pretty . Finally, Marius gives all the useful information. A place and a place that I would recommend without hesitation.

Great time, super Host and awesome location

The accommodation was wonderful and left nothing to be desired. Very nice house, located right on the forest with private access to the forest. Great sauna and lounge area outside with heat radiator, so even in this season pleasant to sit outside. Very spacious garden. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car, by bike in 10 minutes and you can also go jogging or walking. Highly recommend for a nice break with family/ friends.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.
