Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Completely new modern, luxury Lodge with sauna. Enjoy the tranquility and space from the living room and the terrace with unobstructed view of the mill. Relax in your private sauna and cool off outside on the terrace. Incl. use of bath towels and bathrobes. Within walking distance, you can order food from the Restaurant de Molenschuur. The Lodge is close to the center of Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Also enjoy walking in the dunes in Schoorl.

Wi-Fi, private parking, 4 free bicycles, tranquility, key safe for self check-in. TOURIST TAX € 3,24 p/p/p/n, will be settled afterwards via a payment request. You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.

Close to Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn and the beach at Egmond aan Zee.

It is a complete house with 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.

It’s a stone throw away from the vibrant Cheesemarket and the bay window will provide you of an amazing view towards the medieval canals and the ‘Waag’ building, a national historic monument that’s located on Waagplein. Where you will also find the best local bars and restaurants. It’s close to several boutiques, restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Our nice apartment Sara's Cottage is located in a top location in Egmond aan Zee, close to the beach, dunes and the cozy city center. The apartment is wonderfully private and equipped with every comfort. On the sunny terrace, it is nice to relax after a day at the beach, a beautiful walk through the dunes or a fantastic bike ride in the area, just to name a few examples.

Stolpboerderij Het Span: a wonderful apartment!

Het Span is wonderful! You look over the fields to the dunes and the mill. You have a private parking space and a private garden. We have done everything possible to keep the sunset view as much as possible. The apartment can accommodate four people, and we like it if you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.
