In the Rugardwald, there are hiking and cycling trails, a summer and winter toboggan run, giant slides, a playground and the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt observation tower. Since Bergen, the island's capital, is centrally located, you can reach the Baltic Sea coast 🌊⚓ and the Störtebeker Festspielen in just a few kilometres. Our old estate is located in the middle of Rügen. We have freshly renovated a cozy apartment in the manor house. On Reischvitz, it is really dark and really quiet in the evening. A treat! When you open the window to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. Reischvitz invites you to take wonderful walks around the park. From here, you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Centrally located in the heart of the island yet secluded – surrounded by woodland, meadows and the bird paradise of Nonnensee – you can enjoy your holiday on our beautiful island of Rügen. The flat is located on our equestrian centre, about 2 km from Bergen (no direct public transport connection). For shopping, it is 5 minutes by car to the beaches and hotspots of the island about 20 minutes. The Ralswiek open-air stage (Störtebeker Festspiele) is just 2 km away.

Vacation in the "stable" - in the middle of Rügen

My place is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 square meter garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a deck chair, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. The former stable building has a traditional ceiling height of 1.95 m on the first floor... So you better not be taller ;-)

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
