'The art room' - Room with charm and balcony

To all your loving guests, i have created this room in a way as i love to be treated as a guest myself in the best and most beautiful places you can find, being on holiday or staying for a short business trip in a foreign city. A big box spring bed with a topper, natural materials, walls that show me real art and thick curtains that make it possible to keep out nearly all light when needed. My special feature for you is that i have stretched a fabric on a view walls, the old fashion way on a wooden frame, what gives the room a very warm feeling. A nice walk-in shower with doors will keep the water inside the shower, so even do the bathroom has a very modern design the floor will not get wet all over the bathroom, i think you understand me here Then i have the luxury to offer you this apartment on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the back garden of this multi-family resident that was built in 1904 and even do we are in the middle of the ' Vorderer Westen' the place to be in Kassel you will enjoy the quietness that surrounds you, most off the time and some lovely afternoon sun. Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. There are many reasons and motives to visit Kassel. tHE GREEN HOUSE is the perfect starting point to get to know Kassel. We are pleased to meet you! „tHE GREEN HOUSE“ can be used for 2 - 4 people. It has a seperate entrance, from where you get to the 35 qm big living quaters with a kitchenet and the dining table. On the first floor is the bedroom with one full-size bed as well as a small bathroom with a shower. The coach in the living quaters can also be used as a second bed. The holiday flat comes with its own terrace. It’s got a light, modern look and can be inhabited from june 2012 on. After the complete renovation is finished. Appointments and service: Kitchen with frigde, electric cooker and stove, W-Lan, TV. It’s a non-smoking flat, towels and bed-linen are provided. Bad Wilhelmshöhe and hillside park The urban district of "tHE GREEN HOUSE" offers many coffee-stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to the holidayflat you find the „Kurhessen-Therme“, where you can swim and relax. „Bad Wilhelmshöhe“ is easy to reach by train or car.   The „Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe“ is Europe's largest hillside park. This year (2012) the country „Hessen“ requested for the „Bergpark“ to be part of UNESCO - world heritage.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. New apartment attached to our residential building with large garden. Separate entrance. Close to the centre, within walking distance of the city centre, the city palace, the museum and the Auepark. Good connection to public transport and short distances to shopping. We have dogs. Parking is available on the street in front of the house, bicycles can be stored safely at the house. The sauna is in the apartment, the garden can be shared, there is a private terrace in the outdoor area of the apartment.

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

From here you can take the train within 10 minutes to the middle of Kassel city center. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park with its impressive water features is within walking distance.
