Monthly Rentals in Berlin/Brandenburg Metropolitan Region

I loved my stay at Tim's place! Everything was available. And the reception friendly, there were even fresh flowers on the table. When a battery of a remote turned out to be dead, it came to replace it quickly. I had brought earplugs myself, this was also useful because the shared entrance could be a bit noisy if people were walking. But with earplugs didn't bother anything.

Being located above the movie theater is fun! It’s a tucked-away location which felt quite hidden. I saw previous reviews noting about the noise from the trams, but they’re relatively quiet with the windows closed. It was not an issue. There are water pipes that run occasionally that can be heard well, and those can be a bit louder than the trams. I’m unsure of what is responsible for those pipes but I would just turn on the dishwasher and washing machine earlier so it doesn’t run while you sleep.

The apartment was easy to find due to the description. Check-in was smooth despite Anica's absence. The apartment itself was as described, perfect bathroom, great beds, also the sofa bed in the living room was of very good quality. Everything necessary was also available in the kitchen, the whole apartment was lovingly furnished, to welcome us a basket of fruit, mineral water and sweets to snack on. We didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable from the first day - almost like at home :-). Anica was very committed to us and regularly inquired about our wellbeing. So also perfect care by the hostess. We will be happy to stay here again when we are visiting Berlin. Clear recommendation ! ! !

Great place to stay, calm, peaceful, bit far from the city center but with good transportation options. Good house, exactly like the pics. Lars is very helpful, good English. Had a great week there.
