In the state-approved health resort, you can enjoy a healthy and healing sea climate in the water and on land in the middle of Germany. Lots of peace and quiet - lots of greenery.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

My apartment is near Strenzfeld University of Applied Sciences. (Distance 4 km, footpath 40 min. Walk, 15 min. Bicycle) It offers guests the opportunity to work in a cozy atmosphere, or it can also be used as accommodation for travellers. The connection point to the A14 is only about 2km away. After Halle to one side and Magdeburg to the other, you can drive over the highway in less than half an hour.
