Between the lake and the mountains, a nice site and beautiful location for our recently renovated cottage. Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Welcome, come and relax in our cottage ideally located in a quiet area. At the foot of the castles of Allinges, in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Thonon/Evian, our cottage enjoys a privileged location that will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the area. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Come and enjoy some fresh air in this spacious and peaceful chalet, ideally located between Lake Geneva and the mountains -Less than 1 km from a hypermarket and local shops (bakery, newsagent, pharmacy, butcher) -Located 8 minutes from Evian-les-Bains -The nearest ski resorts are 12 minutes away (Bernex and Thonon-les-Mémises), making this the ideal place to stay in both summer and winter to enjoy both the lake and the mountains.

The Chalet Lumière offers a fantastic view over Lake Geneva and allows you to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from your own terrace. Hiking, skiing, jumping into the lake, relaxing by the fireplace and listening to the complete tranquility. The chalet has three bedrooms, six beds and two bathrooms, a large balcony with lake views, a small breakfast terrace, a cozy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.

Le coeur de Novel

Chalet nestled in the heart of the Novel mountains at an altitude of 972 metres, overlooking Lake Geneva. If you love peace, quiet and tranquillity, this is the perfect place for you to recharge your batteries. To preserve the cosy atmosphere of the premises and to provide a perfectly clean and pleasant environment for everyone, including those with sensitivities or allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets.

My place is good for families. It is located 19 km from Lake Geneva and 24 km from Morgins (Swiss border town), close to winter sports resorts, Bernex (9 km), Abondance, Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz which are part of the Portes du Soleil area (connected to two countries). You will have a terrace and a play area, garden. A room is also available for storing ski and bike equipment.

La Petite Maison Neuvecelle – Village house

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle is a charming village house on the heights of Evian with a terrace and a south-facing fenced garden. Possibility of bringing a motorcycle onto the terrace. This pretty atypical house is composed on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. Upstairs, an open space with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.

The detached house is situated in a fantastic location right on Lake Geneva. Behind it are the wine terraces of Lavaux, the largest contiguous wine-growing region in Switzerland. Between the house and the lake is a spacious garden with partially covered seating. From the garden you can reach the lake directly via the boathouse and there via the house's own jetty into the clear lake water.
