Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In a rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy the serenity of the place with a bonus of an unobstructed view facing the fields and the lake. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Huge Chic Chalet Skiing & Summer Morzine & Avoriaz

After a fabulous day’s skiing or summer adventure in Avoriaz or Morzine, just a beautiful 20 minute drive via an excellent supermarket brings you home to bags of space to play, cook, dance, watch the stars or flop in front of a film together. The log fire and underfloor heating mean you’re cosy and your kit is dry and the oodles of space mean you can be yourselves. Kids can muck about while adults enjoy the views, super showers and coffee-making kit in this lovingly restored historic house.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
