When vacationing - then Mühle!

Die komplett eingerichtete FeWo mit Terrasse befindet sich auf unserem Dreiseitenhof . Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Wohnung / 40m2 . Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

Hier könnt ihr in unserem herrlichen Bauwagen "Helgard" entspannen. Absolut niemand kann euch hier sehen, kein Grundstück oder Feldweg hat Einsicht auf diesen Ort. Ihr seid ganz für euch. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

Die Badebox in der Alten Baderei in Kamenz bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, sich im Schutz einer Jahrhunderte alten Eibe und einer faszinierenden Geschichte zurückzuziehen und eine Auszeit zu genießen. Natürliche Materialien bieten ein angenehmes Raumklima. Aussergewöhnliche Fundstücke prägen das Design. Die Badewanne ist das zentrale Element des Raumes. Eine Saisonküche bietet die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung. Liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereiche sorgen für Entspannung.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Out into the countryside right on the swimming lake - Vacation on the edge of the Lusatian Lake District. Our house is in a quiet location in the middle of nature. In the immediate vicinity are a playground, a swimming lake and an ostrich farm. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides. Enjoy the scent and listen to the orchestra of the forest. In good weather, you can fall asleep through a skylight overlooking the starry sky.

Dich erwarten eine neu eingerichtete geräumige Unterkunft und ein ruhiger Garten vor den Toren von Dresden. Meine Single -Wohnung bietet Dir einen idealen Rückzugsort für einen erholsamen Urlaub oder Feierabende nach einem anstrengendem Arbeitstag. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, einem Schafzimmer und einem großem Tageslichtbad. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein kleines Doppelbett und ein Wäscheschrank.

The apartment is in the countryside about five kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. A public playground for children is available directly behind the house. Use of the garden directly behind the house is also possible. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!
