Unser gemütliches Sommerhaus eignet sich gut für Paare, Familien mit einem Kind & vierbeinige Freunde. Die Unterkunft ist nahe der Bundesstraße B99 gelegen. Der Garten ist durch eine Lärmschutzmauer von der Straße getrennt, wobei auch dadurch ein leichter Geräuschpegel nicht zu vermeiden ist. Es stehen 3 Fahrräder für schöne Radtouren zum Berzdorfer See oder im Neißetal zur Verfügung, sowie ein Grill/Kamin im Garten, vor dem Sie den Tag bei einem schönen Glas Wein ausklingen lassen können

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Apartment is fully equipped. As sleeping options, there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. 1 parking space is in front of the house. Storage space for bicycles is possible on request. The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
