As you turn off the paved road onto our country lane, you can already feel yourself relax as you prepare for a time of rejuvenation at Apple Lane Getaway. You can choose between hiking the Appalachian Trail, visiting Hershey Park, or playing a round at Lebanon Valley Golf Course just down the road. Our 3 bedroom house is newly remodeled and tastefully decorated, with central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. As your hosts, we look forward to sharing our slice of country with you!

Treehouse at Fairview Farms

The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. You'll love the sunsets, and being immersed in nature. Bird and deer watching! Fall foliage and cozy fires! Goat and cow snuggles!

Log Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Need a nature reset regardless of the season? Enjoy a stay at a completely refurbished 1820’s log cabin nestled in the woods and rolling fields of a 30 acre homestead. The cabin showcases three bedrooms and gorgeous views, a large living and dining area, as well as full kitchen. Enjoy exploring the trails around the farm, greeting the resident horses and ponies, immersing yourself in the surrounding area of hiking trails and blue marsh lake.

Beloved Chateau (with Hot Tub)

The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

The Loft at Bullfrog Pond

Nestled in the small village of Frystown surrounded by Pennsylvania farmland, is our newly created apartment. High ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking a pond and a working farm provides a sunny, open space with lots of light and privacy. Perfect to rest, work remotely or use as a base camp to explore the surrounding areas. Hershey 33 minutes, Lititz 30 minutes, Harrisburg 36 minutes, Reading 38 minutes, Lancaster 49 minutes. One mile to interstate 78 and 2 miles to route 501.

Historic Amish homestead Barn loft apartment

The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. You will be staying in a peaceful and cozy barn loft apartment with a private entrance beside the stone house. You can enjoy the flower gardens and birds, tour the house, take a bike ride or picnic on the lawn. Adjacent to the property is the Union Canal Towpath on the Tulpehocken Creek.

Kittatinny Ridge Retreat

"Truly magical" were the words of the first guest when she discovered this wondrous retreat, full of surprises for kids and grown-ups, just downhill from the Appalachian Trail. With two bedrooms, a clever sleeping alcove, and a futon in the Secret Playroom, the cabin sleeps six, seven if you banish snoring Uncle Arslan to the couch.

Located next to Heidelburg Country Club, Koziar’s Christmas Village, Blue Marsh Outdoors and Plum Creek Creamery. Whether you’re here summer or winter there’s something to enjoy! Our location at the foot of Blue Mountain is ideal for a get away, or a place to work plus relax. Seven miles from Hawk Mountain, and 3 miles from hiking (including the Appalachian Trail), biking, and the historic borough of Hamburg. Although rural, it is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Enjoy pure comfort in our solar and geothermal heated and cooled modern house. There is possible additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

Gruber Homestead Settler's Cabin

The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.

The Summer Kitchen

Quaint, 1-bedroom, cottage built as a summer kitchen for the original farmhouse in 1740. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table.
