The chalet is very well insulated (phonic and thermal), it is very cool in summer (no need for air conditioning) and well heated in winter. Hiking trails and beautiful views are nearby.

Independent cottage in a picturesque village

This independent gîte is located in the village of Nans-sous-Sainte-Anne, in the countryside. It has a furnished exterior (barbecue, deckchairs, garden table available). 1 km from the source of the Lison, it is close to various hiking trails. Lots of outdoor activities nearby (via ferrata, hiking, canoeing...). A garage and free parking is available for your vehicle. All the necessary local shops are 13 km from the cottage, in Salins-les-Bains, a spa town.

Small chalet by a private pond ideal for couples with or without children in which you can have a good time and fish (free because there are a lot of water lilies in the flowering period). On the ground floor, a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs: 1 dressing room and 2 sleeping areas: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 double sofa bed. Outside, a beautiful terrace with large table, heating umbrella and barbecue.

The Chalet de Montarouet

Small chalet for a stay in the countryside and quiet in the Haute-Saône countryside. In a green environment, the Montarouet chalet welcomes you for a night or several weeks. The wooden chalet is independent of the owners' house. It is composed on the ground floor (20 m²) of a kitchenette open to the living/dining room and a shower room. On the mezzanine (10 m² with a maximum height of 1.80 m), you will find a small bedroom opening onto a 10 m² terrace.
