Come and stay in our ecologically renovated stone farm house surrounded by a terraced garden and beautiful views of undulating countryside. La Prade is set in an incredibly peaceful area of the Lot. There is a huge selection of walks from the gîte using ancient pathways, crossing brooks, streams and waterfalls. The Tolerme lake nearby is the perfect place for a day out, with a supervised swimming area for children, water sports, restaurants and a path around the lake, which is buggy friendly.

From your terrace, you will have a magnificent view of the Cantal. You will have 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed, and the other two with 2 beds of 90 each. The main part of life is under the rooftops , the other two rooms are at lower levels ( triplex).The exposed framing creates a very warm cottage atmosphere. You will be in an old ( 18th century) building of 3 levels in its one hectare landscaped park, games room, swimming pool, pingpong, bowling alley.

Nearby Maurs, Figeac, Tolerme & St-Etienne Cantalès lakes, Conques & Salers, Rocamadour, the Cantal mountains… Unfenced land, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchair. On the ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom: 1 bed 160 X 200, 1 bedroom 1 bed 90, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140 beds. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 6.
