This modern 92 m² holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with a touch of luxury on two floors! The accommodation is in a prime location right in Winterberg. The ski area with 27 kilometres of slopes, the Kappe adventure mountain, the bike park and the cosy centre of Winterberg are all within easy walking distance. The many hiking and mountain bike trails also invite you to explore them directly from your accommodation.  The bright living and dining room features a comfortable sofa, a modern TV and a large dining table that seats up to 6 people. From here, you also have direct access to the private terrace. Further highlights await you on the terrace: there you will find a jacuzzi for 2–4 people, a comfortable lounge set, a high-quality seating area with a table for 6 people and a Bastard BBQ Egg for cosy barbecue evenings. The fully equipped kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired: oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, filter and Nespresso machine for your coffee enjoyment, as well as crockery and cutlery– everything is there to make you feel at home! The accommodation has three bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as a separate guest toilet, provide additional comfort. A washing machine and freezer are also available in the heated storage room. For cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts, there is also secure storage for bicycles and ski equipment possible. The accommodation includes three parking spaces, so you can always park comfortably and with plenty of space. Pets: max. 2 dogs welcome. As a guest at Fichtenweg 36, you can also use the central facilities at the nearby UplandParcs Winterberg holiday park at Fichtenweg 12. This includes, for example, the reception there, the bread roll service, the playground and the e-charging stations on the premises. Please note that the electric charging stations are only located on the grounds of Fichtenweg 12 and are not directly at your accommodation.  Our accommodations are not suitable for groups/clubs and stag/hen parties/celebrations. In the event of noise disturbance, you may be denied access to the accommodation. We charge a deposit of two hundred euros per booking for groups of 6 or more people. The deposit does not apply if children are participating in the trip.

Our beautiful, all-round green house offers you plenty of space and is only ten minutes away from downtown. Our great large enclosed garden invites the adults to relax and the children to play. A highlight is the large terrace with an Enders gas grill. Your children will also find many play options here (trampoline, dart board, foosball table) The outdoor pool 7*4 meters /1.50 meters deep is secured all around by a large gate. We would be happy to pick you up from the train station!

Enjoy our beautiful detached house near Winterberg with friends or family. With spacious rooms and a private garden, we offer space for up to 16 guests. The dining room, living room and kitchen are equipped with every comfort, there are several bathrooms and two separate toilets. Enjoy the large table for 16 people. Free parking is available. Please note: no party location, after 10 p.m. silence outside and no loud music. You are warmly welcome!

Ideal for multiple families, friends or a business trip. The villa is not suitable for noisy groups and party-goers.
