Located in quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Basement level 2-bedroom suite with private entrance. No shared spaces and off-street parking. Once an urban farm, the property has a very large vegetable garden as well as dozens of mature fruit trees and bushes. Oversized picnic table and grill for relaxing outside. You are only minutes away from everything. Metro North station is only 15 minutes away if you want to head into NYC or enjoy the local shops and restaurants in downtown Bethel.
