We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

Appartement très lumineux de 50m2 aux prestations haut de gamme. Venez profiter d’une vue exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit sur le Vieux Troyes. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans une balnéo de standing. Vous passerez la nuit dans une chambre offrant une literie digne d’un grand hôtel ainsi qu’une télévision très grand format. Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Ground floor apartment, air-conditioned, totally independent (self check-in) and includes a large bedroom: king size bed with 40" TV, a bathroom with toilet, kitchen open to a living room with a good quality 1.60 m sofa bed with memory foam. 1 bay window overlooking an exterior. The property has 2 parking spaces in an enclosed courtyard (video). The property has a pond where you can walk and see🦆🐿️ squirrels. We provide sheets and towels.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Check-in between 3pm and 10pm, the apartment is 85m2 and is located in Vendeuvre sur Barse on the RN619 between Troyes and the Nigloland amusement park. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds). Baby cot and high chair available. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The building is located along the national road and has parking. No WIFI

Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Secure and fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. 5 minutes to Nigloland Park, 10 minutes to Lac d 'Amance and 45 minutes to Troyes and factory shops.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Close to the city and many tourist sites (amusement park, miscellaneous museum, abbey, wineries, lakes, factory shops etc.). Linens provided.
