One of the biggest advantages is the closeness to the sea and the Thermal Park, through a path in front of the house you will get there in only 5/7 minutes on foot (500 metres). The villa has private covered and uncovered parking, a garden, a barbecue, a hammock, 2 sun loungers and a patio with a gazebo and dining table.
