The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The Villa "Pineta House" is situated 5 minutes from the centre of the quiet hamlet "Pineta" of Lignano Sabbiadoro. One of the biggest advantages is the closeness to the sea and the Thermal Park, through a path in front of the house you will get there in only 5/7 minutes on foot (500 metres). The villa has private covered and uncovered parking, a garden, a barbecue, a hammock, 2 sun loungers and a patio with a gazebo and dining table.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
