The spacious apartment in the Engadin village of Celerina is both quiet and centrally located. You are just a train stop away from St. Moritz and have access to the Engadin sporting area starting 300m from the house. It's a wonderful place: 240 km of walks, 580 km hiking trails, alpine skiing and cross-country - or simply sitting on the balcony in the sun and reading a book. There's a Roman-Irish thermal spa in nearby Samaden and if you like eating out, it's all there for you.

Quiet, trendy, and cozily furnished, it features a well-appointed living-dining area, a cozy and separate sleeping area, an office corner, kitchen, and bathroom. A highlight is the terrace with direct access to the ski slopes of the St. Moritz - Corviglia ski area in winter.

The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

The Manuela room shines through its simplicity, it also enjoys the view of La Punt. A natural living type feels comfortable here, since he is not distracted by superfluities. There are two bedrooms with two beds each, which can be occupied by 1-4 people (only 1 room is open for 2 people. For 4 people, both bedrooms are accessible). The associated bathroom (with bathtub) and kitchen are also located on the 2nd floor hallway.
