(Separate bedroom with two beds and two beds in the open gallery above the livingroom). Mountain view. Village centre and sports area with children’s playground: 5 mins. on foot. Supermarket and free winter ski bus stop: 3 mins. Closest downhill ski area 5 mins by ski bus. Engadin ski marathon cross-country trail right in front of house. Lots of beautiful hiking trails.

La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostrada Bellinzona-sud, a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

You are just a train stop away from St. Moritz and have access to the Engadin sporting area starting 300m from the house. It's a wonderful place: 240 km of walks, 580 km hiking trails, alpine skiing and cross-country - or simply sitting on the balcony in the sun and reading a book. There's a Roman-Irish thermal spa in nearby Samaden and if you like eating out, it's all there for you.
