Great apartment in a new building . The option for free parking is Perfeckt . There is a reception which made the check in easy . We were during the winter, and the apartment is with nice temperature . Great apartment , with two bathrooms , comfortable beds ( which is really important for me )

The apartment felt like a suite in a hotel—super clean, well-designed, and equipped with every amenity you might need. The location is fantastic: just 2–3 minutes to Istiklal Street (a quick walk through charming by-lanes) and about the same to Taksim Square, though that route does involve a short uphill walk. The Havaist airport shuttle drop-off at Taksim is around a 12-minute walk away—very manageable even with light luggage. There's also a local bus stop literally outside the building, visible from the window, which is super convenient. A few grocery shops are just across the street for essentials like water, milk, and snacks. All in all, a great stay and highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

I stayed second time with the same host. I had a different apartment in the same taksim 360 residens. The apartment was us described end like on the photos. Checking was easy with clear instructions. I was allowed a late check out without extra charge. The host was responsive and help me out. Building is very nice with security, and at a walking distant to main street, night live and restourants.

All in all, perfect place to stay

The place was as described and the host was very responsibility and helpful.. gave clear instructions to get to the place and even helped us alot in communicating and instructions.. She helped us alot when we got into a small accident, she helped us alot in communicating with others about the letting us know the procedure for it. We are really happy to have her as our hosts.

The housing is tidy and family , its place is clear, safe, and check in and out was quick and easy . The kitchen has basic tools as well as a washing machine. There are lifts, fast and large .. There is a Split air conditioner in the hall and one of the rooms . There is also a small bakery and cuisine restaurant inside the building (I didn't try it, but it smelled great ) There is another restaurant for sandwiches in the same building that can be reached by getting out of the building, but it is adjacent we tried and it is delicious . There is also a few meters away from the gas station . The host is very cooperative and responsive. The communication was done for the purpose of fixing the lighting and an employee was sent quickly and the problem was solved. I highly recommend housing and will surely come back later..

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! It is located in a quiet neighborhood but very close (just 5-7 minutes) to busy Istiklal. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. Besher is very nice and helps with everything! I definitely recommend staying there

A cozy beautiful apartment in a peaceful neighborhood in downtown old Istanbul, with walking distance from the famous vibrant Istiklal street. Tibet is a very kind and generous host, who was texting me from time to time just to check on me and ask about our stay. When I checked in, the apartment was neat and clean and warm, because the heater was on, as it was cold outside. In Tibet’s apartment, you will find everything you need, from the needle to the dish washer, you will not need to buy anything, except your food and drinks. Thank you Tibet for this experience, and you will definitely be my first choice when coming back to Istanbul!

The flat was exactly as described. Being on the 5th floor it was above street level noise, which was not considerable at this distance from Taksim Sq. It was spacious and generally well fitted out. I was not entirely sure whether the price was slightly high (as another guest commented), but in the end it was a very enjoyable stay.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The apartment is in a convenient location, Parking is great comfort. There is no noise that interferes with sleeping. There are kitchen utensils, but there are some shortcomings that can be removed. My stay there coincided with a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul. It's a courtesy for the host to write and take care of it in the process. An apartment where he can stay again, thank you.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Great host Very Recommended

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.
