Holiday rentals with lake access in Beyoğlu

An accurate listing and so simple and pleasant I would choose to stay here many times.

This is an excellent place! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It’s conveniently located near two metro stations, bus stops, shopping malls, grocery stores, and more. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

I stayed for 5 nights and it was great, host Arzu is a very active person and answers my questions right away, I would come back without any worries.

Very great houseing experience, even the price is affordable but the service is definitely super. Kadir is a kind and friendly host, he helped us moving the luggage both on our way of check-in and check-out, he even helped me translating while talking with the local taxi driver. The house is absolutely amazing, exactly the same according to the photos, nice and clean, and it’s great to taking pictures while suns out. Balat is also my fav district in Istanbul, almost all the rum churches in Istanbul are in walkable distance. And if u wanna visit downtown, the T5 tram train station is only 5 mins away from the door step, everything is convenient. I’m glad that we booked this gorgeous place, if we had chance coming back to Istanbul, this place would definitely be our first choice on the list.

Accommodation was decent enough if travelling on a budget. Ozay was responsive and helpful with flexible check-in and out. There is some hill-walking involved to get to the main shops.

We had a great time at Can‘s place. It was very quiet and relaxing, offered a great location from where it was easy to walk to places of interest or catch the tram and find nearby restaurants dinner. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Can was a very responsive and helpful host.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect - few minutes from the metro / minimal climbing uphill, convenient for exploring the main attractions and surrounded by cute eateries. The apartment had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay very comfortable - the toy box was a hit with our 15-month old ! Communication with Can was excellent; they were always quick to respond, helpful, and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Can’s apartment! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. Can was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help if we had any questions. Check-in was very easy and straightforward, making our arrival completely stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. We were especially touched that Can had thoughtfully prepared some toys for our child, which made us feel even more at home. At the end of our stay, he also gave us a small but meaningful gift — such a kind gesture! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to stay at Can’s place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Can is a terrific host, very responsive and proactive in communication which we really valued. He helped with various activities around Istanbul and provided great advice. The house is very comfortable and spacious, we felt right at home. It is also in a nice location of Beyoğlu, well placed to get to the tram stop, Istiklal street and Galata tower.

Probably one of the best AirBnbs I've stayed at. The apartment was wonderful and getting in was easy and Can is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The amenities were amazing and clean and it was centrally located and made our Istanbul visit wonderful. Would highly recommend this as the one place to stay if visiting Istanbul. Thanks to Can for all the help and lovely memories !

The terrace was great, but there were stains and butts burns on the seats. The walls were not maintained. The price was good in terms of performance 😊
