We’ve had a lovely family holiday in Istanbul. The flat suited our needs and had all we needed. Nursena was very responsive.

The apartment is in a central location with plenty of cafes nearby, making it ideal for a local experience in Cihangir. It was easy to find, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend it to others.

Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they responded immediately, ensuring that I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Additionally, they even arranged my airport transfer at a very reasonable price, which made my travel plans hassle-free. I can't recommend staying here enough, and I look forward to booking this apartment again when I visit Istanbul next year. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in this vibrant city.

We had a pleasant stay at this aparthotel. I liked the room service, I didn't have to worry about a lot of details. The advantage of this accommodation is its immediate proximity to the Omer Hayyam bus stop which is one stop near that of Taksim. The people at the reception are super helpful and friendly.

This flat felt a bit like Istanbul itself — big, full of character, and offering some breathtaking views. You’ll find charming historical details mixed with modern elements, and, just like the city, some parts are… let’s say, in need of a little maintenance. The place was clean, but some things were literally hanging on for dear life, and the shower had a personality of its own when it came to temperature control. Nothing that ruined the experience, though. All that said, we fully enjoyed our stay, and at the discounted price, it was a fantastic deal. If you’re looking for a perfectly polished, brand-new apartment, this might not be your match. But if you want a spacious authentic home in the great location —this is the place. Five stars for the experience, with just a little added charm of unpredictability!

Yavuz was a great host and I can highly recommend this mansion. This was truly our best Istanbul experience so far.

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. Great area, beautiful house with amazing terrace views. We were running extremely late into the evening due to the ferry departures but our host kept in contact without throughout the entire time until we arrived and had checked in. Thank you again for a wonderful accommodation!

We enjoyed our stay, apartment was great, location too. Had some work while I was in Istanbul so fast internet was great, the TV wasn’t working with the subscriptions but otherwise no complaints :)

The apartment felt like a suite in a hotel—super clean, well-designed, and equipped with every amenity you might need. The location is fantastic: just 2–3 minutes to Istiklal Street (a quick walk through charming by-lanes) and about the same to Taksim Square, though that route does involve a short uphill walk. The Havaist airport shuttle drop-off at Taksim is around a 12-minute walk away—very manageable even with light luggage. There's also a local bus stop literally outside the building, visible from the window, which is super convenient. A few grocery shops are just across the street for essentials like water, milk, and snacks. All in all, a great stay and highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

For anyone arriving by car, I definitely recommend the property since there is a secure parking garage under the building. I will note, though, that navigating the parking garage is a bit tight. If you're in a large SUV you might find it a bit challenging. You should have zero issues in any 'normal' airport rental though. Beyond that, Taksim Square is just a short walk away, small markets for fruit and vegetables, and Istiklal with all of its shopping and such.

All in all, perfect place to stay

Erhan deserves every single penny that i paid for this place. I would not imagine i could find place such a great and perfectly clean communicating with this beautiful people. Furnitures are very comfortable, appliances are great . Everything is better then picture and much more nicer then description.

Everything was great except the location

We had a great stay, the flat was spotless, modern, had everything we needed, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in while away ever and we felt very happy there. The location was convenient for walking into local areas for shopping and dinner or getting a bus easily over the bridge. We didn't expect there to be as much construction nearby, it wasn't a problem as such, but just a bit unfinished in the immediate surroundings which may not suit everyone. Thankful for the video to get in and out of the building as the main lobby isn't open yet so it's a bit of a maze. The lady who text us was helpful and answered our questions. Entry and exit was easy. I'd recommend and certainly once the surrounding buildings are fully complete it will be even better.
