Holiday rentals with a patio in Beyoğlu

Kaan and Dilan were very trustworthy people, I had stayed in one of their homes prior to this stay and they have always been readily available to answer our inquiries. The house matches the description and photos, everything in it (mainly cooking utilities and electronic devices) were perfectly functioning. The location of the Cihangir home was amazing. In short Kaan and Dilan were very accommodating hosts and can guarantee you a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend. Thank you:)

- beautiful place (better than photos) - everything you need is in the place: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. - perfectly located place (lots of restaurants nearby, 3 mn walk to the Galata tower although very peaceful quiet charming district) - very clear and organised instructions for check-in and life in the flat - terrace with a garden and quiet charming street view was perfect in the morning for coffee and at night for dinner and wine

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

BEHIC APARTMENT IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE GALATA TOWER AND THE BOHEMIAN AREA. AS AN ACCOMMODATION IT IS MAGNIFICENT, LARGE (IT REALLY HAS THE METERS INDICATED), IT IS VERY CLEAN, WELL CARED FOR, THE KITCHEN IS FABULOUS, THE TWO BATHROOMS ARE VERY WELL. COMMUNICATION WITH BEHIC IS VERY FAST, AND HELPS US IN EVERYTHING REQUESTED. AS THE ONLY INCONVENIENCE IS THAT IT IS LOCATED IN SOME STREETS WITH A LOT OF SLOPES, BUT THAT IN ISTANBUL IS QUITE NORMAL IN SEVERAL AREAS. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WORK, ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT EASY TO GET THE OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE FROM THE UNDERFLOOR (TOO HOT), WE GOT IT BY COOLING IT WITH THE WINDOW POSITION IN SWING FOR A WHILE. AS A GENERAL RATING IS 10 AND TOTALLY RECOMMENDED.

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

We had a wonderful time in Galata and at Elif's apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect and we could walk to everything. A highlight is the rooftop terrace on the same level, from which you have a breathtaking view over the Bosphorus. Elif welcomed us warmly and gave us valuable tips. He also inquired about our well-being in the further days. We will definitely be back.

The house is exactly as in the picture, has the most beautiful view in Istanbul, and we enjoyed it a lot. Ozi is very kind and ready for anything you ask. We will definitely come back again Ozi 🥰

Great flat with fantastic views. Lots of space for family of four. About 10 minutes walk to Balat and 5 minutes to public transport. We weren't sure how to get into the flat when we arrived as there was a big gate and it was unclear how to ring the bell. Eventually someone came out and let us in. If it was in the instructions how to enter we didn't see it. But overall our experience was good and we would recommend the place.

Everything was very nice. Great location in the center of the city. Suitable for families. Would recommend to anyone.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Thanks to Sena and Fatih for the welcome, availability and flexibility! ☺️ The apartment was in a great location, close to a tram station that brings you to the center of Istanbul. The shower in the bathroom had a small problem because I think it's old but after warning Fatih, the latter came to repair and everything went smoothly!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and very well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The view of the sea was simply breathtaking. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Benny is very friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. He personally welcomed us and gave us very good tips. The apartment is perfect for visiting Istanbul. Although very close to a main thoroughfare it is quiet. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get everywhere very well by public transport. The area is still rather simple, the apartment stands out very positively here. The apartment can be reached via a somewhat narrow staircase and is on two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a toilet, upstairs is a nice living room with balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable and safe and would very much like to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Dilek's apartment. It was very spacious and nicely furnished, my family and I had a very pleasant stay. The location is also fabulous - the neighborhood is very cute with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Dilek was also an amazing host - she was very responsive to our questions and gave us some great suggestions! Would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Istanbul :)
