Please note: final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs 50 EUR, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, and in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. Lovingly and comfortably furnished, former artist's workshop on a spacious meadow property and in a great location with unobstructed views of Mount Ifen and the Gottesacker Plateau. Best suited for 2 people or a family with small children. Super accessible by car and public transport: the bus stop is within sight, a private parking lot in front of the house entrance. The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away.

Our house is the most beautiful base for those who prefer to spend a lot of time in nature. Here you will find peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, with magnificent mountain views. Let the view take effect, arrive and unwind. A feel-good place. In summer, a leisurely circular hike directly from our house or a tour to one of the many beautiful peaks. Or you can enjoy the idyllic natural scenery in winter on skis, cross-country skiing or a winter hike.

Located in the middle of nature

Our house is only for people who are really looking for relaxation and to switch off from everyday life! It is surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests. Although it is easily accessible in summer and winter, there is complete peace at night. The only sources of light are the moon and the stars. We have deliberately decided against Wi-Fi and TV. Nevertheless, there is cell phone reception and for togetherness there are cards, dice and board games.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Vacation home "Füchsle" in the log cabin Metzler

In the silence of nature at 1,000 meters above sea level lies the apartment "Füchsle" with 42 square meters in the basement of our house, which was built in 1981 in block construction. Enjoy the breathtaking view of a unique mountain scenery from the spacious terrace. Skiers can ski directly from the front door to the ski slope in the snowy months. In the summer months, you can hike directly from the apartment.
