This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our villa is 25 kilometers away from the center of Kaş and Kalkan. Note: A deposit of 10,000 TL is required at the villa entrance. Unless any damage or damage is detected at the exit of the villa, it is delivered again at the exit of the villa.
