It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

One can explore beautiful Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are 25 minutes drive from Beznar. The Sierra Navada Ski Resort is a fifty minute drive.
