Halfway between Granada and the Costa Tropical (20 min drive) is our 100-year-old, renovated cottage: 2 bedrooms, a cosy living space, fully equipped kitchen, patio with potted plants and a panoramic terrace with unique views over the lake and the valley with citrus orchards. This is the ideal destination to unwind in the mountains during a holiday or workation, with the city and the sea nearby. It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
