Had a really great stay here with the family. Whilst it's a bit of a walk into the main part of the town being near the train station is a huge benefit if you plan to make any trips, such as Venice or Verona. Shops, restaurants and everything you need is nearby.

Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!

We were comfortable and very well taken care of from the beginning. We found the welcome and care particularly pleasant. In our opinion, having access to the Lago is a special plus of this accommodation. Since we arrived and departed by public transport, the good accessibility was also in the foreground for us. The center of Sirmione is also quickly, easily and conveniently accessible by bus. Federico was extremely committed to our well-being and the conversation with him uncomplicated and cordial. We were very pleased with the facility and the room. Everything was neat, clean and very well maintained. It was particularly positive that we were even able to check in a little earlier than the agreed time – that was super pleasant. Communication was also excellent. Chiara was very helpful and gave us great tips for activities in the area in advance. We absolutely recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

We stayed at "The house in the rock " and the experience was very positive. The house is located in a strategic and quiet location... you can breathe peace and quiet. The house is comfortable, clean, thought out in detail, and has every comfort. A singular oriental influence embellishes the environment, making it original and prestigious. The host Paolo is particularly courteous and available. Highly recommended .

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

Alessandro’s home is one of the most fantastic Airbnbs we have ever stayed. Alessandro is a wonderful host who was very responsive to all of our messages with his recommendations, directions and wonderful hospitality. Alessandro’s apartment overlooks a gorgeous square and of course the incredible Lake Garda. You can hear the church bells in the background at all different hours. This is classic Italy at its finest. The terrace is absolutely beautiful to sit out there with a glass of wine and a toast to what is to become the quintessential Italian holiday. The apartment is full of beautiful generosities like wine, chocolate, lollies, water, and great bathroom amenities. These generosities really express exactly how the host is. The bed is beautifully comfortable. The apartment is renovated, air-conditioned, great kitchen, huge living area and has two bathrooms. Don’t hesitate or think about it, just book this incredible apartment, it’s perfetto in every way.
