A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, the document of only one guest, the payment of cleaning fees (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay. Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
