Our house is right on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Bike path as well as the cross-country trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is 5 minutes' reach. Studio is located at the bottom part of the house with separate entrance and directly attached carport. Your ski or bikes will also fit in there. We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. Moreover, this apartment features a private balcony.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
