We are situated in Bideford in a quiet residential area; a 5 minute walk from the countryside, a 15 minute walk from the town centre and a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach. We are an ideal base for trips to RHS Rosemoor and Lundy Island, with free parking. The Annexe is suitable for mobility impaired guests, with non-slip ramped access to the low threshold entrance door, one level inside and a large walk-in low threshold shower cubicle.

The Stables is a beautiful annexe tucked away in a peaceful residential setting. Enjoy the entire space to yourselves, complete with private outdoor space and on-site parking. The accommodation sleeps up to three guests, featuring a cosy double bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living area. Perfectly placed for exploring North Devon, you’re just a 15-minute walk from Bideford town centre, while the charming villages of Instow, Appledore and Westward Ho! are only a short drive away.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside, yet just a 5-15 minute drive to supermarkets, beaches, towns villages, we have a very small campsite on our small holding that has a really chilled vibe. The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. The Garden Room is but a stones throw from the Tarka Trail which provides over 70 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. The North Devon coast and it’s beaches are a short drive away.
