The guest area is located on the 2nd floor under the roof and includes a 12 m² small sleeping chamber and a kitchenette. The 140 cm wide wooden bed is intended for one person. Together we use the well-equipped kitchen as well as the bathroom and toilet on the first floor. Bath and hand towels are available. You are also welcome to stay in the garden. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the main and bus station in the center of Gütersloh. Bakery, cafes, and (organic) shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Externsteinen oder dem Hermanns-Denkmal oder in den nahen Teutoburger-Wald. Ich gebe gern viele Tipps: Kleine Weinlokale, Cafés und Bistros befinden sich in der Nähe.

The apartment Eiche has a large living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a nice dining area with direct access to the ground floor terrace. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and full bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed. The holiday apartment has 95 square meters.

Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. In the apartment is a bed 2x2 meters, a 90x200cm cot, an Ikea Hemnes "sofa bed" 90x200cm (but you can pull out to 140x200). Then there are two sofa beds in our guest room, pulled out about 140x200cm. In the living room there is a large sofa with spring mattress.

In the newly built room, a quiet place for relaxation can be found after excursions to the Osnabrücker / Teutoburger Land. Fantastic tranquility with the possibility to accommodate horses and take horseback riding in the surrounding area. Or take your time and rest in our small wellness area. Plunge pool and beach chair are available outdoors in summer.

The farm is nearby from family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. The farm is good for couples, solo adventurers and furry friends (pets=small extra charge). Ideally suited for spring foxes! You sleep in a caravan in meadow. Everything is provided (towels, bedding/ sleeping bag). Enjoy the nature!
