The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. You can use your own terrace, chairs and table. Please check with us first if you want to book from December.

Die liebevoll angelegte Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhause und ist ländlich gelegen. Das komplette Dachgeschoss wird allein von unseren Gästen genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten in die Bielefelder City. Eine Gebühr für Endreinigung wird nicht erhoben. Bitte die Unterkunft in Bezugszustand verlassen. Dankeschön.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
