The LIVING ROOM is about 35 m², tiled and brightly painted. The kitchenette is in the same room and well equipped. The bed is 1.40 m wide. The corner sofa offers another sleeping space. Other FACILITIES: 3 chairs, 1 table, 1 chest of drawers, 1 clothes rack, 1 coffee table, 1 large mirror and a carpet. An entrance hall leads into the apartment. Bathroom amenities: shower, toilet and sink. IMPORTANT for some guests to know: Here far in the countryside, the INTERNET is not optimal!

Apartment in the oldest half-timbered house in Wiedenbrück

Stay in the middle of the historic city center in the oldest half-timbered house in Wiedenbrück, built in 1549. The beautiful Flora-Westfalica, with its state garden show grounds and the Emssee, can be reached on foot in three minutes. In December, the Wiedenbrück Christmas market begins again, attracting crowds of guests from afar with its unique atmosphere. Cozy and rustic, but at the same time luxurious, you can hardly stay overnight in Wiedenbrück.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of our apartment building and was last renovated in 2024 (since then Airbnb). It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table for working, playing, etc. and storage options. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen can be folded out. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can cook and bake. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Central Business Apartment at Teuto

A cozily furnished, centrally located apartment, for a stay in Borgholzhausen for 1-2 people in a 4-party house (2nd floor) 52 square meters consisting of: living/bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2 m), kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom (shower and tub), storage room. In the immediate vicinity is Aldi, Edeka and a gas station. The city center is within walking distance. In the 300 sqm garden you can spend relaxing hours in fine weather.

Relaxing in a GREEN way

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a grass roof that promotes a pleasant indoor climate. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of service

Welcome, dear guests! We are delighted that you are interested in our cozy guest house with its fantastic location. Surrounded by beautiful nature with deep gorges and small streams, partly natural forests and the adjacent fields and meadows with their biodiversity, the soul can come to rest and offer you the opportunity to recover from the stresses of everyday life. The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it's already "super cozy" in the place. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST. Bielefeld center 11 km, Gütersloh center 16 km, Gerry Weber Stadium (new OWL Arena) 8 km. A parking space belonging to the apartment is right in front of the house. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
