Large upstairs loft has king bed, built-in closets and 24" TV. 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed built-in closets and great views. Kitchen is fully appointed with GE "Slate" series appliances and everything you need. This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Brand new build 2024 with heated garage. Right in the heart of Eagle River. Close to shopping centers, gyms and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails to enjoy. Restaurants we love are Limeleaf and panda, Corks and Hops which are in walking distance, Lexie’s cafe, pizzaman and Matanuska Brewing. Lexies, Jitters and blondies have consistently good coffee and Jason’s doughnuts are truly amazing!
